Education
Much of my work in this area has centered around writing grant proposals to support programs for K–16 education. Programs have addressed STEM education, workforce development, diversity in schools, school choice, underperforming schools, educational equity, access to education, and school counseling.
I co-wrote this article with two subject matter experts; it appeared in the ASCA School Counselor:
Re-forming the Role of the School Counselor
In addition to writing about education, I wrote for education when the Northeast Ohio Musical Heritage Association needed resource guides for Carry On. This 29-episode YouTube Live series introduced school-age audiences to traditional music performed by artists from around the world. The resource guides for educators and students supplemented every episode with musical, cultural, and historical background for diverse traditional genres.
